Born in Sepang, Selangor, (May, 1965). began painting seriously from1995, while still working as Creative Designer in Kuala Lumpur. After years of hardworking and going through a few stages of developments, and obsevation, my works has progressed through strokes, colours and techniques. I learned my arts through APS Art Class (Angkatan Pelukis SeMalaysia), the breeding of many of Malaysias finest artists. When looking at my abstract art, I would like the viewers to be stirred by the movement of ideas in his unconscious mind even as they thinks they are looking at colours, and strokes.
I want people to feel my paintings.

Abstract expressionism is one genre of painting where artists are constantly allowing their works to go beyond the borders of the
canvas that their work is created on. Two of the greatest abstract
expressionists, Willem de Kooning, Kandinsky and Jackson Pallock, are prime example which come quick to the mind. This type of art enables the viewer to contemplate and meditate, causing their minds to move away from the work without actually leaving the work of art. People have come to expect a work of art to be more than a passive object and, instead, they feel it should deal knowingly with the social, political, psychological and the market systems that could affect its making and reception. From that perspective, abstract painting looked hopelessly naive.

Abstraction allows man to see with his mind what he cannot physically see with his eyes...Abstract art enables the artist to perceive beyond the tangible, to extract the infinite out of the finite. It is the emancipation of the mind...

Many people think of abstraction as easily created, meaningless and randomly produced, or (a bit more generously) as nothing more than decorative design. In fact, good abstract artists work with themes, ideas and specific intentions for their work. In some cases, these are arrived at intuitively or experimentally, in others, there is considerable planning involved. But perhaps most often there is a combination, a delicate balance of right- and left-brain thinking, a dance between pure inspiration and impulse, and logical analysis and forethought.
